This 4-week mindfulness meditation series is specifically designed for those who are looking for a warm and inviting space to begin a meditation practice. You will learn simple mindfulness meditation practices for decreasing stress and anxiety, and managing the exorbitant and exhausting amount of thoughts that seem to be on repeat. These practices will allow you to shift from a holiday of “doing” to a New Year of “being”. You will cultivate practices that will encourage you to lean into rest and settle at home within yourself.

Four-Week Mindfulness Meditation Series
This offering includes four 45-minute weekly sessions as well as four ten-minute recordings to support your practice throughout the week.
What You Need:
Wear layers
Props to help you get comfy…pillows, blankets, bolsters, chair
Water or a warm cup of tea
Soft lighting such as a candle or a string of lights
Journal for contemplation
