Our sense of self is contingent on our connection with our bodies. When we become more aware of the physical sensations in our body, we create the opportunity to dive deeper into our own being. Comprised of mindful movement, a yoga practice cultivates a witness consciousness, allowing us to observe ourself on the mat.

The intention of this 9-week closed therapy process group is to explore the self by doing a deep dive into the chakras through a therapeutic lens. With the practices of yoga and meditation, we will balance energy, cultivate self-compassion, and access our own wisdom and strength that resides in each of us. Every week we will gather, move, listen, connect, and breathe together fostering a supportive space for healing and growth.
